Notes

Bring a packed lunch and water for the dogs as there is no water on the hills.

Please note, this walk takes you along meadows and fields, so there is little shade: make sure you bring a sun hat and sun cream on sunny days.

Three spots to stop for a break or a picnic. In Grignoncourt, you’ll find the Grandieu family’s orchard, which sells a variety of fruit (depending on the season) and local organic produce!

A lovely walk, though there’s quite a bit of walking along the road to point 2. A beautiful return stretch between points 3 and 5. Watch out for sunburn.

A lovely walk, best avoided in hot weather as there’s no shade; stunning scenery all along the route, with sweeping 360° views, shaded picnic tables at every stone cross, and another at the next crossroads. Roads and dirt tracks.
We had a lovely time that day with partly cloudy skies and a refreshing breeze

Beautiful views. A perfect walk in the autumn sunshine. Although there was a hunt taking place, it wasn’t a problem at all and the hunters were very courteous. On the way back, we were able to stock up on organic apples at Vergers Grandir. We received a very warm welcome.
