(S/E) Opposite the town hall, turn left. On Rue de la République, turn left. Turn right just before Saint-Martin Church and walk alongside it. Continue along Rue des Pitolières and cross the River Auriou.
(1) At the crossroads, turn left. After passing Moulin Grelat (on the right), turn into a grassy cul-de-sac on the right before leaving the village. Follow the path as it bends to the right and runs alongside the Auriou through the forest, then along the edge of farmland until you reach the source of the stream, known as the Gour.
Join the road (D229).
(2) Turn right and, a few steps further on, at the crossroads, take the path on the left until you reach the next path on the right.
(3) Take this path, then turn left again at the first junction under the trees, passing under a power line. You’ll come out onto a quiet country lane.
(4) Turn right. At the next crossroads, continue straight ahead until you reach the D229E2.
(5) Turn right onto it. A little further on, take the first track on the right and you’ll reach the tiny hamlet of Pitoreau.
(6) Turn right onto the road, then immediately take the track on the left, just after crossing the Saudrenne stream. Pass through the hamlet of La Vergne.
(7) As you leave the hamlet, turn right. Follow the departmental road, then take the second road on the right, towards the hamlet of Le Chagneau. Pass through it and you’ll immediately come to another junction.
(8) Turn onto the first path on the left. Follow it until you rejoin the D229E2 departmental road.
(9) Turn right onto it. At the next junction, turn left to enter the village of Aujac. Pass the school on your left. Take the first street on the left in the village centre to reach the town hall car park (S/E).
