Park in the car park next to the Pichanges wash house.
(S/E) Walk slightly downhill towards the picnic table and turn right onto the path, Chemin du Potet.
(1) Walk past the remarkable willow tree and continue straight on. After the hedge on the right, turn right then left towards the Source du Bué. At the end, walk alongside the copse for about 50 m then head into it until you reach the spring with the sign on its bank.
(2) Retrace your steps and take the first path on the left.
(3) About 300 m further on, walk along the small, scrubby field where the wild orchids grow, then take the path on the left which climbs slightly and take the first path on the right. Join the second path on the left.
(4) Follow this path and further on, after the copse, turn right. Stay on this path which runs alongside another copse and soon turns to the right. At the end, turn right onto the path that climbs and reach a path on the left.
(5) Take this path and continue towards the village entrance.
(6) At the chapel, turn right to cross the village.
(7) Walk past the Templars’ house.
(8) Walk past the manor house with its glazed tiles and continue towards the church.
(9) At the church, follow what is now a path. About 20 m before the wayside cross, turn right and go down to the road. First turn left then right to take a farm track. At the end, turn left. Then take a grassy path on the right. This will take you back to the remarkable willow tree.
(1) Turn right to return to the wash house car park (S/E).
