The starting point is on Place des Peupliers, opposite the church, on the right as you arrive in Saint-Rémy-en-Mauges.
(S/E) Start by taking Rue de la Mairie, which runs alongside the church on the right. Take the third street on the left, which joins Rue de la Choisière, and continue to the farm of the same name. Follow the path that branches off to the left and runs alongside the pond, continuing until you reach Rue de la Fontaine.
(1) Turn right onto this road, then take the first path on the right. Continue along this path to pass the Croix de la Boue (calvary)
(2) Then take the first path on the left. Turn into the first path on the left, arriving at a pond on your right.
(3) Take the path uphill on the left again, which leads to a road. Cross and continue straight ahead to reach the tarmac path of La Croultière.
(4) Cross and continue straight ahead on the well-marked path until you reach a road at a place called Bohardy.
(5) Take the road on the left, then turn left again and turn right onto the next street (Rue des Venelles).
Cross the D17 road with caution and continue along the path (signposted Chemin du Mont-Saint-Michel).
(6) On the right, you will see the remains of the bridge piers where the Petit Anjou train once ran and the Jousselin quarry. Continue along this magnificent path under the canopy of trees, which leads to Rue des Sources in a place called Grigné, after passing alongside greenhouses.
(7) Turn right onto Rue des Sources and continue to the Chêne-Percé farm (follow the signs for Chemin du Mont-Saint-Michel). At this major crossroads, turn left, then take the second road on the right and continue to the water treatment plant on the after crossing a stream.
(8) Then take the path on the left, which ends at Place des Peupliers (S/E).
