Departure from Moisson town hall. Parking in the small car park on Place Parion-Nicolle opposite the town hall.
No signposts
(S/E) Head south on Chemin du Bois Beauceron, which starts to the right of the town hall when facing it. At the fork that appears immediately, take the left path.
Yellow signposts (rare)
(1) At the next intersection, turn left where the tarmac soon gives way to a good path lined with trees. Ignore a vague turn off to the left and, at the next crossroads (information signs on the right below), continue straight ahead with a golf course on your left.
No markings
(2) Ignore the path that branches off to the right with the signpost, pass an information sign and continue along the shaded path. Turn right along the path, then left, keeping the golf course fence on your left. Stay on the main path, ignoring the turnings on the right, and you will come out onto the D125.
(3) Follow the road to the left. The left-hand shoulder is very wide except opposite the entrance to the leisure centre, where caution is advised. Keep the golf course on your left, cross the access road to the golf course car park and continue straight ahead (east). Cross a small bridge, follow the lake at the leisure centre on your right and continue straight ahead until you reach the Seine.
(4) Follow the road on the left (Promenade Claude Monet) for about 200 metres.
(5) When the road turns left, turn right onto a gravel path and follow the lawn on your right. Follow the garden fences and houses on your left and the Seine on your right. Alternate between the undergrowth and the edge of the meadow on the left, ignoring all the paths on the left. Note an old quay (metal mooring structures, beautiful view of the Seine and the cliffs on the opposite bank). At the first houses, the path turns into tarmac.
(6) Then take thefirst left, Chemin des Ajous. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead. At the next T-junction, turn left and head towards the town hall (S/E).
