Walk through the heart of the Piquet vineyards

Park in front of the Domaine Lombard wine cellar, Chemin de Manute, at a place called Piquet (parking is permitted even if you are not a customer).

(S/E) With your back to the buildings, turn right (south) onto a narrow road. After about 300 m, before the hamlet of Manute, turn onto a path between a vineyard (on the left) and a cultivated field (on the right).

(1) Take the first road on the left, towards vineyards and orchards. On the left, beyond the estate buildings, you will see the hills of the Ardèche. You will come to a small road. Follow it for about 20 metres, continuing straight ahead.

(2) Turn right at the intersection towards Les Niodes and continue for about 100 metres.

(3) Turn left after the first house (on the left). Walk between the vineyards (on the left) and orchards (on the right). Further on, turn left at the corner of a vineyard plot. Join a small road and follow it for about 50 metres.

(4) Then turn left and walk along a vineyard on your left. After about 100 metres, turn left at the corner of the plot. Continue along the plot, with the vineyards still on your left. In the last third of the section, walk along a wood on your right.

(5) Cross a perpendicular path and enter a lane between two rows of vines. Continue straight ahead until you come to a small road at the end of the vineyard. Follow the road to the right and, at the T-junction that immediately follows, turn left and you will immediately reach the car park (S/E).

Warning:
This route crosses a private vineyard with the owner's permission. Please respect the crops! Avoid periods of intense work (pruning, harvesting, etc.).

Visit to the Lombard Estate and wine tasting: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
