Description of the walk

Park in the car park near the Perros Hamon Chapel.
You can visit this traditional chapel dedicated to those lost at sea.

(S/E) Take the street that runs from the car park towards the sea until you reach a Fork in the road.

(1) Leave the road and take the path between the houses. Throughout this section, admire Paimpol Bay with a view of the Kerroc’h Tower. Cross the Route de Toull Broc’ch and continue along the coastal path.

(2) Don’t hesitate to head down to the right to find, about 50 metres away, a wash house, then retrace your steps to rejoin the path. Pass Porz Even and arrive at the Chapel of the Trinity.

(3) Follow the path through the ferns; it’s uphill but easy, with several viewpoints over Launay Bay, until you reach a Fork in the road.

(4) Take a detour to the left to the Croix des Veuves, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, including a glimpse of part of the Île de Bréhat.

(5) Return to the fork in the path.

(4) Continue straight on along the road to reach the Chapel of Perros Hamon (S/E).

A pleasant little walk.

Beautiful views of Paimpol Bay first, and then of the Bréhat archipelago.

Don’t miss the viewpoint at the Croix des Veuves. (point 5)

The final stretch (between point 4 and the finish) is along the road...
