The walk starts from Marbot Church in Bar-le-Duc.
(S/E) Take the Côte des Fourches and, after the first 200 metres, head towards the forest path on the left (Chemin des Fourches). Follow this path, which passes under a power line.
(1) At the fork, continue straight on and you’ll reach the plateau at the end of the forest path. Continue straight on.
(2) At the crossroads, turn right and pass in front of the first farm.
(3) At the next three-way junction, turn right and keep right at the three-way junction.
(4) Pass the wayside shrine and continue generally eastwards.
(5) Continue straight on towards the Hinot housing estate.
(6) Pass the swimming pool and then turn left to take the steps.
(7) Turn right into Rue de Hinot, walk past the fire station, then turn left to return to Marbot Church (S/E).
