(S/E): After the hamlet of "Le Lampy Vieux" coming from Saissac, two paths branch off, one to the left and the other to the right. Take the path on the right, which is closed by a barrier. This path is bordered on the right by a small cement canal. Continue straight ahead.
(1) After 650m, cross the bridge with a sluice gate over the Lampy and immediately after, take the path that branches off to the right. Continue to the foot of the dam 250m further on. Climb up to the dam on the right, crossing the bridges over the streams.
Take the path that runs along the lake shore for about 300m to reach a small ford over a trickle of water. The path slopes to the left and follows the lake shore. After 500m, cross another small ford.
Continue along the lake for about 550m to pass the third ford.
(2) Just after crossing the stream (5 to 6m), leave the main path and take a narrow passage on the left. Continue along this track for just over a kilometre, always following the lake shore.
(3) The beach will come into view on your left. Cross the concrete dyke overlooking it and continue to the dam.
(4) At the dam, do not take it, but go down the path that branches off to the right. After 400 m, you will come to the bridge with a sluice gate.
(1) Continue along the same path for another 650 metres to return to the starting point (S/E).
