Park at the Saint-Frichoux cemetery car park.
(S/E) With your back to the car park, head up Chemin des Oliviers. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Chemin de Las Blanquetas and immediately turn right to follow Chemin de Las Figuerassos.
After passing the top of the village, the "mourel", continue straight on; the path is no longer tarmac. Follow the heath path which winds over the sandstone and then through a small pine wood. Further down, follow the signposting to the right until you reach the tarmac road again.
(1) Turn left and take the road known as Chemin de Saint-Frichoux to reach the bridge over the Ruisseau Le Ruchol.
(2) Cross the bridge and continue towards the Domaine Saint-Roch. Cross the estate and continue along the small road to the left until you reach the right-angled bend.
(3) Leave the tarmac road and continue right onto the dirt track for a circular route through the pine forest until you reach the old reservoir.
(4) Turn left to reach the north canal and follow it on the right-hand side until you reach a road.
(5) Turn right and follow the tarmac road to Domaine La Rouquette.
(6) Turn left and follow the road until you reach the Canal Nord again.
(7) Turn right and follow the Canal Nord again until you reach a road.
(8) Turn right and follow the small tarmac road up to a crossroad.
(9) At the junction, turn right, head back down towards the village via the hamlet of La Campagnette, pass the sewage treatment plant and arrive at Rue du Château.
(10) Turn right (or go straight on to see the old village and its narrow streets), continue via Place de la Mairie (route) before reaching the cemetery car park (S/E).
