It’s nice and cool here in the woods. The mill is now closed. What a shame! Water no longer flows through the feed channel. But it’s still worth a look. As for the waterfall, it’s not very visible any more as it’s hidden by a lot of vegetation, and there are also plenty of fallen trees. Major maintenance would be needed to make it attractive to walkers again. We were lucky – the water’s flowing well there, as apparently that wasn’t the case last year, when the stream was almost dry. But it’s a pleasant walk for those who enjoy walking and tackling ‘a bit’ of elevation gain, sheltered from the sun.

A pleasant walk through wooded countryside.
Several short round trips to see the waterfalls.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t much water that day
