Starting from a charming mountain inn, this circular route offers a magnificent view of the Aravis range and a south-facing aspect. At the pass, you’ll have a view of the Bargy range and the Jalouvre. The route can be done in both summer and winter with snowshoes.

Col des Annes - Gouille des Fours via the Col des Verts
Depart from the Col des Annes, pass by the Refuge de la Pointe Percée, then by the Col des Verts. Camp at the Gouille des Fours, where ibex have made their home, with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.
Gouille des Fours - Col des Annes via Lac de Tardevant
From Gouille des Fours, head towards Lac de Tardevant via the Grande Forclaz and Ambrevetta passes, then return via alpine pastures and forests to La Pointe and Col des Annes.
Aiguille des Calvaires and Combe de Borderan
A great pointy summit with a cross on top and good views followed by a descent of Borderan Combe. This could easily be done in reverse and/or without the use of the cable cars.
