Park in the car park of the community hall, behind the church in Bellegarde.
(S/E) In front of the church, with your back to it, turn right towards the hamlet of Le Landas. At the fork, keep right and continue to Route de la Sarrade.
(1) Turn right. This is where the circular loop begins. Follow this small road, which passes through the areas known as La Californie and Castel Rouge, to reach the Ruisseau des Infernats stream.
(2) At the stream, leave the road and take the grassy path on the left. After 80 metres, turn left again, then continue straight on to the Servy farm access road.
(3) In front of the calvary, take the path on the left towards La Borie Blanche. At the farm, continue along the tarmac road until you reach the crossroads. Take the road on the left to reach Capelounié.
(4) Turn right onto the path and follow it to the first fork, which is shaped like a reverse Y.
(5) Descend to the left towards the stream, Le Lézert, ignoring the path coming from the right. You will arrive at an inverted Y-junction.
(6) Take the wide path opposite to begin the small circular path (yellow markings visible on the large tree trunk opposite). Cross a stream and continue towards Cambourtil, without reaching it. Look for a signpost about 200 m before the farm.
(7) Turn right, then continue straight ahead to join the Route de Bellegarde.
(8) At the road, walk 150 m to the right. After crossing the Cantarane bridge over the Lézert, take the path on the right which leads back to the inverted Y-junction after crossing the Lézert again. End of the short circular loop.
(6) Turn left to retrace your steps. Return to Capelounié where the large circular was interrupted.
(4) Turn right to reach the first Y-junction at the start, end of the large circular route. Retrace your steps to return to the car park (S/E).
