The start is in front of the town hall in Cunac. Park in the car park on the right, which is a former hard-surface football pitch.

(S/E) From the town hall, walk along the car park and turn left at the next crossroads onto Route des Avalats. After crossing the Ruisseau de La Pontésié stream and before reaching the hamlet of the same name, turn right onto the path to reach Route de Villefranche. Turn left in front of Autanet.
(1) At the crossroads, take the road on the right. When you reach the Cunac stream, cross it and immediately turn onto the path on the left.
(2) At the road, turn left and head north-west towards the Conte farm, ignoring any crossroads you come to.
(3) At Conte, take the road on the left to return to Cunac via Cabrillac, Le Castelou and La Pontésié. Keep heading west.
(4) At the entrance to Cunac, turn right twice and follow Rue du Bourg. At the next crossroads, cross the main road and continue along the grassy path opposite, under the power line.
(5) Do the same at the second crossroads. Cross the Ruisseau de Cunac and further on follow Chemin de Pech Redond to the D999.
(6) Turn left onto the D999 for 70 metres and turn left again onto Chemin de Saint-Éloi. Pass between Saint-Éloi and the housing estate.
(7) At the end of the housing estate, take the grassy path on the left. In front of the Cunac stream, turn sharply right onto the grassy path that continues and leads to Lanel Bas.
(8) At Lanel Bas, turn left and take the second road on the right at the exit of the hamlet. When you reach the road, turn left.
(9) At the crossroads, turn right, then right again after 50 metres and finally left to return to the car park (S/E).
