From Cessey-sur-Tille, take the D 34 north, then the small road on the right leading to Vaux-sur-Crosne. After 350 m on this road, park on the first path on the right.
(S/E) Take this field path south-east for 300 m.
(1) Turn left towards the woods. Stay on this path, heading east, passing a path on the right, then another on the left.
(2) When the path turns north, turn right and join a lane. Follow it to the right for 50 metres and at the signpost marked "Les Six Filles", turn onto the path on the left, then right, following the signs to reach the remarkable "Six Filles" tree.
(3) Retrace your steps back to the lane and continue right towards the north.
(4) At the end, turn right, then take thesecond path on the left.
(5) At elevation 228, turn right, then take thesecond path on the left. At the end, at the edge of the woods, take the path on the right (southeast) until you reach a good path near La Mangeotte (you can make a round trip to the alpaca farm located 100 m to the right).
(6) Take it on the left and join a small road at Frétois. Note the boundary stone.
(7) Take this small road on the left to Vaux-sur-Crosne.
(8) Turn left onto the small road towards Cessey-sur-Tille. Pass by the Lochère Pond, then in front of the Maquis des Lochères memorial and return to your car (S/E).
