Coming from Saint-Briac-sur-Mer or Dinard, park in the car park at the foot of the Pont du Frémur bridge.
(S/E) Cross the road to join the path, the entrance to which is marked by a chicane. The route is marked with yellow signs. The path follows the water's edge, crosses a small road, then passes along a campsite at the end of a cove (it is possible to cross it, but depending on the time of year, it may be muddy). It ends at the Roche-Good mill.
(1) Take the road uphill and, at the crossroads, turn right onto the D3 (you will see the windmill at Bellevue).
(2) After passing the windmill, leave the D3 on the right and take the grassy path that descends to a crossroads (signposted).
(3) Take the path on the right which leads to the left bank of the Frémur and continue to a crossroads.
(4) Turn right towards the hamlet of Doitelle.
(5) Leave the pretty thatched cottage on your left and continue along the path to return to the riverbank and the view of the Roche-Good mill. Follow the riverbank.
(6) Leave the shore via the road that leads to the isolated house; it comes out at a place called Ville Gatorge on Rue de la Chambre. Turn right. After 50 metres, take the grassy path next to the first house on your right (at high tide, continue along Rue de la Chambre to reach Rue du Général de Gaulle, which will take you back to the starting point).
After 100 metres, the grassy path leads to a group of houses. At number 6, turn right. The street turns into a grassy path that leads to the shore.
Walk along the sandy shore towards Plage le Rieul (old shipwrecks).
(7) After 300 m, leave the shore via the wooden steps on the left (signposted). The path turns right and leads to Rue du Général de Gaulle. The Pont du Frémur bridge is 200 m away on the right. Walk along it to reach the car park (S/E).

. Nice scenery.
