Start in front of the church.
(S/E) Head south and follow Rue du Milieu towards Mare Étienne. Cross Petite Rue on the right and Ruelle Foissotte on the left. At the entrance to a left-hand bend, continue straight ahead.
(1) Immediately take thefirst path on the right. Note the Mare Étienne on the right (stone sculpture of a frog in memory of the nickname once given to the inhabitants of the village). At the end of the path, turn right onto a white road. Then continue along Rue du Bas de la Corne.
(2) At the T-junction, turn left onto Rue de la Saône. Pass under the high-voltage power lines and then under the motorway bridge. At the junction immediately ahead, turn right. Ignore the road on the right and continue to the banks of the Saône.
(3) Then turn right, take the Voie Bleue and follow the river on your left. Pass under the motorway viaduct and continue for about 350 metres along the Saône.
(4) At the intersection before the small bridge over a canal, turn right. Follow the road, ignoring the paths on either side. Pass under the high-voltage power lines again and reach the entrance to Auxonne (a place called Les Trois Maisons).
(5) At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue du Chemin de Labergement. Walk alongside the market gardens. Stay roughly parallel to the high-voltage power lines, then veer left with the road.
(6) At the crossroads, cross the D24, follow it to the right for a few dozen metres and take thefirst left, Rue des Meix. Continue straight ahead.
(7) At the crossroads, turn right onto Rue de Rosière. At the end, first turn right then left to cross the D24 again and reach the church (S/E).
