Park in the car park along the Route des Aresquiers.
(S/E) The signposted path starts directly opposite, running alongside the Étang d’Ingril
(1) Continue along the path skirting the pond.
(2) At the junction, turn left to stay close to the edge of the pond.
(3) Take the wooden footbridge that crosses over the marshy area.
(4) When you reach the junction of several paths, ignore the path on your left that runs alongside the pond and take the path opposite. Continue to a footbridge, on the wide path that runs alongside the marshy area on your left.
(5) Take the wooden footbridge on your left for about 400 metres.
(6) Cross the wooden bridge and continue along the path directly opposite, which takes you all the way round this area of former salt marshes.
(7) Turn left onto the path between the salt pans for about 800m.
(6) Cross the wooden bridge you took on the way there and continue to the right onto the footbridge as on the way there.
(5) At the junction, leave the path you took on the way there on your right and continue straight ahead on the signposted path towards the Bois des Aresquiers. Very soon, pass a path on your left and, 500m further on, turn left to head into the pine forest. Walk alongside the vineyard on your left and reach a drystone shelter.
(8) Continue to the large crossroads 200m further on.
(9) At the crossroads, take the track on the left and continue straight through the woods, ignoring the other paths.
(10) Turn right, following the yellow markings. After about a hundred metres, pass a junction and join the path leading to the pond. Turn left to rejoin the path you took on the way out.
(1) Follow the return path to the car park on the left (S/E).
