Start from the lay-by opposite the cemetery on the edge of the D16 on the outskirts of Tillac, heading towards Mirande.
(S/E) From the square tower, with your back to the village, head left onto the rampart walk. At the right-angled bend, take the path on the right and continue to the tarmac road. Turn left, cross the Marciac road (D3). Cross with care and continue straight ahead to the first junction.
(1) Turn right onto the Chemin de Bonzet and climb up to the hamlet of Tremblet. Cross the hamlet keeping to the left and arrive at a three-way junction at its exit (elevation 243).
(2) Leave the tarmac road for a dirt track that heads straight ahead and runs slightly below, to the left of the farm. Continue to the junction with the Monpardiac road (D564).
(3) Cross the Monpardiac road and continue straight ahead to the T-junction, opposite a building, at a place called Paravis. Turn right.
(4) Shortly after the building, continue straight on up the path.
(5) At the right-angled bend to the right, turn left onto the dirt track. Stay on this track, passing the first track on the left, and continue until you reach the second track on the left.
(6) Turn left, pass Setzes Farm and continue to a three-way junction with a house between the two roads, at a place called Mongardin.
(7) Head straight on and continue to the junction at the hamlet of Paravis, which you passed on the way out.
(4) Turn right then carry on straight ahead. At the first left-hand bend, continue along the small path opposite (Chemin de Vignaux), then pass a first junction with a path on the left and carry on to the second junction with a path on the left.
(8) Turn left, then right, and continue to the junction with the Route de Marciac.
(9) Continue straight ahead (take care when crossing), pass under the Clock Tower and go straight on to rejoin the rampart walk (S/E).
