Description of the walk

Park in the hamlet of Lachal on the Clémencières road (D57).

(S/E) The climb starts after the last house north of Lachal. The path is marked in yellow, but you leave it to continue on the right.
From there, take the left fork at each junction, heading south.
You will come to a right-angled junction; take the path on the right, which descends slightly and leads to theGR®9.

(1) Take this path to the left and follow the discreet white and red markings, which are more visible in yellow.
All you have to do is follow theGR® to the Mont Rachais sign.

(2) Take the indicated path, which climbs steeply to the ridge.
