Park in the Pont-Barré car park on the inside of the bend on the D160.
(S/E) Take the Pont-Barré path and descend towards the Layon.
(1) When you reach the stream, turn right before Pont-Barré and follow the yellow "Circuit des Coteaux" trail. Go under the D160 bridge and follow this trail along the Layon.
(2) When you reach the bench on the right, cross the road and take the path to the Coteaux du Pont-Barré Nature Reserve, which runs alongside the vineyards for 60 metres, then turn right and begin the climb through the vineyards.
(3) Turn left (if you turn right, walk 50 metres to see the old limestone quarry, then retrace your steps). Then follow the Blue trail that runs alongside the vineyards. Here you can admire the orientation arrows and various panoramic views.
(4) Turn left and descend following the Blue trail. Turn left again a few dozen metres further on, following the stream, and return to the entrance to the nature reserve.
(2) At the "Coteaux Du Pont-Barré" sign, cross the road and turn right onto the yellow trail, then follow it to the D209. Once you reach this road, follow it to the left and cross the bridge.
(5) Turn left, pass the hamlet of Bézigon and continue between the Layon on your left and the vineyards on your right. Continue on the yellow trail to the right through the vineyards until you reach a small road. Follow it to the left until you reach the junction with the D160.
(6) Cross this road and turn left onto the small road that runs parallel to it at the start. At the bend, continue straight ahead towards Pont-Barré, cross it and continue straight ahead to the car park (S/E).
