Parking at Fort Saint-Antoine on the road up to Mont Faron on the west side of Toulon.
Please note: park carefully at Fort Saint-Antoine as the road becomes one-way after this point.
(S/E) Take the paved road for 500 metres until you reach the first red and white barrier on the right.
(1) Take the track that descends towards the quarry (yellow signposts) and join the first trail on the left.
(2) Join the quarry terrace and walk almost to the end of it.
(3) Take the barely visible path that climbs up to the left. This climbs steeply to a low wall.
(4) Climb over the wall and take the middle track that climbs steadily up the valley.
Leave the path on your left and continue to the paved road.
(5) Take the ascending track on the left, then the track on the right, and follow it to the Cabane Saint-Vincent.
(6) Continue for about 100 metres after the hut and take the uphill track on the left. You will arrive at the fountain.
(7) Continue left, cross the road and climb the track towards the central barracks and the cistern.
(8) Turn right onto the track and go back and forth to the top of Faron.
(9) Go up the track, still heading towards the barracks.
(10) Go back and forth at the barracks and enjoy the beautiful view of northern Toulon, then take the track towards the zoo. Pass in front of the zoo and take the track towards the Memorial for about 100 metres.
(11) Turn right onto the ridge trail and follow it. Enjoy the view of western Toulon.
(12) Arrive at the Memorial car park.
Take the paved road on the right and pass the cable car station. Just after the station, take the path downhill to the left and continue along it, which runs alongside the road. Cross the road and descend the switchbacks.
(13) Walk to the antenna and back to enjoy the view.
Cross the road twice and arrive at a forest firebreak track.
(14) Turn right onto this track and walk back to the Ubac tower. Continue downhill and turn left onto the road to return to your vehicle after the reservoirs (S/E).
