(S/E) From the picnic area next to Bonneuil cemetery, head towards the cemetery and keep it on your right as you climb up a well-maintained path. Follow this path to a house, then take the path behind it on the left. The path descends and joins a small road; follow this road as it continues from the path.
(1) When you reach a house, turn right onto a grassy path running alongside a vineyard. Follow this path along the valley floor until you reach a junction with a power line; follow the path under this power line to the right. The path branches off to the left, moving away from the power line. Continue climbing until you reach the forest.
(2) Enter the forest via a well-marked path; follow this path straight ahead until you reach a forest track suitable for vehicles.
(3) Then take this track to the right until you reach a small road.
(4) Head up the path straight ahead, running alongside the woodland. When the woodland bends, turn right too, without entering the woodland; you’ll see a young plantation on your right. The descent towards the village of Bonneuil begins. Take a slight bend through the vineyards and continue downhill. Ignore the paths coming from the right and left.
(5) When you reach a small road, cross it and take the grassy path opposite, which leads to the cemetery. Once you’ve passed the cemetery, turn left to reach the picnic area (S/E).
