Description of the walk

Parking: at the cable car station, at the bottom of the Piste des Bois.

(D/E ) Go back up the Piste des Bois for about 50 metres and take the path on the left that goes uphill.

(1) Cross the toboggan run towards Les Hauts de Planchamp. At the next fork, continue towards Les Hauts de Planchamp and Le Châtelard.

(2) At the fork, keep right and continue climbing towards Le Châtelard.

(3) At Le Châtelard, cross the hamlet and turn left towards La Duy.

(4) At the fork shortly after, turn right to continue towards La Duy. At Plan Bas, you will arrive at La Croix de la Duy. Continue climbing until you reach the road.

(5) Once you reach the road, continue along the path on the right.

(6) At the next fork, turn left. Follow this road to Les Combes d'en Haut.

(7) At Combes d'en haut, continue to follow the road until you reach a fork.

(8) Turn left towards Combes d'en bas. At Combes d'en bas, continue along the road until you reach a right-hand bend.

(9) Take the path on the right that descends the Mont de la Guerre trail. Continue along the path towards La Traye (all paths descend to Champagny regardless).

(11) At La Traye, take the road downhill.

(1) At the hairpin bend on the left, descend via the toboggan run and return to the cable car departure point (S/E).
