Start: Hiking car park.
(S/E) Go down the Grande Rue for 100m and turn left, heading West, onto Rue de l'Arceuil. Quickly leave this street, which bends to the left, and follow the path, keeping to the West. Soon turn right and follow this grassy path (heading North then North-West) until you reach a small road. Follow this road without changing direction until you reach a fork near the hamlet of Les Boulouses (2 houses).
(1) Turn left at the fork, ignoring a track on the right and then a road on the left, before continuing along the track. After passing a last brushy track on the right, reach the Chaume crossroads, where there is a clear view of Savianges village on the right.
(2) Turn left into the woods and continue South until you reach another track after a good kilometer. Bear left and you will soon reach a road when you come to a bend. Follow this road and you will reach the Château de Pontus de Thyard.
(3) Turn left after the château and right at the fork. Continue straight on for about 300m until you come to the D28 road. Turn left and quickly find a path on the right at the sign for Bissy-sur-Fley.
(4) Leave the D28 and take this path to the right, keeping to it until you reach a vineyard below Montagne du Tartre. Continue to the right above the vineyard and turn left very quickly on a wide passage through the vineyard to join a cross-country path at the bottom of the descent.
Turn left to reach the former gatekeeper's house at En Gondole.
(5) Turn right at the side of the house and immediately left again. Caution the start of this grassy path is not always clearly visible. Follow this path for about 500m to a crossroads.
(6) Turn left and immediately before the small bridge, turn right twice before reaching a small road. Turn left in front of a house until you reach a fork in the road.
(7) Ignore the track ahead and keep to the left. Follow this small road until you cross the D28 road and take the track opposite to reach a fork about 350m after the crossroads.
(8) Opposite the bench, take the right-hand path downhill for 300m. Turn left in front of the Hangar, then right to join the D153 road. Turn right into Rue de la Mairie.
(9) Turn left up this street to cross the village. Go past the town hall and rejoin the D153 after a hairpin bend. Turn left at 160° to reach the GR®.
(10) Turn left and follow the GR® above the village of Saules. After 1. 1 Km, reach the crossroads where a path leads from Saules on the right.
(11) Leave the GR® and turn slightly left onto a much steeper track. Keep to this path, which heads North-West. The slope becomes more less steep and then inverts, taking us back to the village of Fley. Turn left in front of the town hall and return to the car park. (S/E) .
