Park at the church square (S/E), follow the D556 south-east towards Verrières. After 300 metres, turn right towards Les Crouzets. Cross the stream.
(1) After the farm at the first crossroads, turn left onto a small ridge road leading to Cerrès and Montégut. At the first crossroads, turn left and then immediately right to climb up to Montégut.
(2) Pass to the left of the house and take a grassy path. At the fountain, continue straight ahead. Continue downhill through the woods, leaving the "forest paths" (paths in the woods) on your right or left (follow the markings carefully). At the stream, turn left for 100 metres then right to join the D100 and theGR®65(white and red markings, Saint Jacques de Compostelle trail).
(3) Take it to the left. Cross the hamlet of Verrières. Pass in front of the château (a 17th-century Renaissance manor house) and then the old bridge. Come out onto the D556 opposite a fountain, leaving theGR®65on your right. Continue on the D556 to the left for 100 metres.
(4) Turn right towards Baldrigues (a beautifully restored farm) and climb to the pass. Junction with theGR®6(Estaing-Conques via Campuac).
(5) Follow theGR®6to the left on a stony path (magnificent views of Estaing and the Lot valley). Pass the TV relay station and continue for about 2km on a Causse path, sometimes through woods, sometimes in the open, until you reach a major crossroads.
(6) Leave theGR®6. Take a sharp left turn onto a dirt track. After 200 metres, turn left. Cross the fields and pastures, crossing the causse (pass a first farm track on your right and a second on your left). Reach the edge of the plateau. Descend towards Sébrazac along a stony path lined with low walls (beautiful view of the village and the valley). After the calvary, continue downhill to the right towards the chapel of Notre Dame de Bon Secours. Continue downhill towards the village centre and the car park (S/E).
