An easy and pleasant hike with a succession of forest trails and paths through or bordering meadows. The view from La Roche devant is certainly not the most spectacular in the Jura. To avoid having to walk back and forth along the road, we started from point 7 (Le Chalet), where there is a large car park, GPS 46.564675 6.068862. At point 1, the waste bins have disappeared and parking seems to be more problematic.

Well signposted, mostly in the shade.
Start point changed, we left from GPS point: 46.570396, 6.078150 Bellefontaine 39400.
Next to the glass and waste bins.

Hike done on snowshoes. A fairly steep climb for the first kilometre, requiring good physical fitness.
It's a shame that the landscape was shrouded in mist, as the view from the viewpoint must be beautiful.

A beautiful hike at the beginning, but from point 4 onwards, you often find yourself walking in mud. We were attacked by horseflies in the final part of the route.
