Park in the Toujouse car park, near the arena and the town hall.
(S/E) Head towards the cemetery and, at the crossroads in front of the cemetery, turn right. Continue straight on to the end of this road, at a place called Pichon.
(1) Turn left onto the track through the woods to reach a crossroads.
(2) Take the path on the right for 600 m, crossing a pine forest (border between the Landes and Gers departments).
(3) At the next junction, head up to the left. Further on, as the path veers to the right, head left through the undergrowth and reach the D125.
(4) Turn left, then immediately right towards Saint-Pierre. Just after, at the fork, turn left. Continue along the small road, pass the Jean-Bon house (spelled Jambon on the map) and carry on for 150 m. Ignore a path on the left.
(5) Turn right along a plot of land towards the woods. At the edge of the forest, continue along the shaded track, ignoring a path on the left; then cross the ford and head back up into the woods. You’ll emerge into a field. Ignore the paths on the left and right and continue along the edge of the woods. Then, near the pond, turn left towards Chourla Farm. You’ll reach a road shortly after the farm.
(6) Turn right, then, immediately after, turn left. Ignore a small road on the right and pass the Villeneuve farm. Further on, ignore a road on the right and then a path on the left.
(7) Shortly afterwards, at an electricity pylon, turn left towards the Caillaou woods. Continue along the left-hand edge of the woods, then turn right at the corner of the woods and continue along this path, always between woods and fields, until you reach a crossroads.
(8) Take the D143 road opposite, which curves to the left. Continue to the entrance of the Paysan Gascon Ecomuseum. Leave the road and go round the site to the right to reach, across the fields, a local track. Follow it to the right for 200m.
(9) Turn left onto the farm track which leads 700 m further on to Lahitte Farm. Walk past the buildings. At the next junction, turn left, then at the next crossroads turn right to return to the starting point (S/E).
