Park in the car park near the school in Saint Michel-d'Euzet.
(S/E) From the car park, head east towards the centre of the village. Take the D303 road on the right, pass the wash house and follow the road to the left towards Place Jean Jaurès. Continue straight ahead and pass the church. Pass Rue des Tuchins and turn right into Rue de l'Apparan. At the next crossroads, take Chemin de la Roque sur Cèze on the left, which leads to the D980 road.
(1) Take extreme care when crossing the road. Continue straight ahead and follow the vineyards until you reach the D166 road. Follow it straight ahead until you reach the Charles Martel bridge, a listed historic monument.
(2) Cross the bridge and you will come to a fork in the road.
(3) Turn left to make a round trip to the Cascades du Sautadet (right bank of the Cèze).
(4) Follow the safety instructions posted at the entrance to the waterfalls! Swimming is prohibited. Enjoy this spectacular spot while remaining cautious and careful not to slip. Return to the Charles Martel bridge.
(3) Follow the D166 road that climbs to the left towards the village of La Roque sur Cèze. At the intersection, at the war memorial, leave the D166 and take the small road on the right leading to the foot of the church.
(5) Turn left onto Grand Rue and learn about the history of the village from the information panels. Pass the town hall and take the first right, then the second right and, at the junction with Rue de l'Arceau, turn left onto Rue de la Magnanerie. At the next intersection, turn left towards the castle esplanade.
At the foot of the castle, there is an orientation table with a view of Mont Ventoux (weather permitting).
(6) Return to the intersection of Rue de l'Arceau and follow it to the left before returning to the foot of the church.
(5) Return to the entrance to the Charles Martel Bridge and cross it in the opposite direction to how you came.
(2) Take the yellow signposted route on the right leading to the Cascades du Sautadet (left bank of the Cèze).
(7) Keep following the yellow signs back to Saint-Michel-d'Euzet, ignoring any side roads. When you get to a private property, take the left track to stay on the marked route. Further on, go through vineyards and lavender fields before joining the D980 road.
(8) Take extreme care when crossing the road. Continue straight ahead on Chemin de Bagnols and turn left at the next junction. Pass the cemetery and continue straight ahead on the signposted route. At the next junction, turn left onto Chemin de la Font and rejoin Chemin de Bagnols. Return to the car park near the school on the left (S/E).
