Park in the village square.
Turn left into Rue Jean Jaurès. At the crossroads, fork right to reach the Canton district. Stay on the left-hand track and turn left at the next crossroads to join the D13.
Cross the road and take the straight path (south) to the crossroads at the hamlet of Cences d'en bas. Follow the Ruisseau de la Fontaine d'Haveluy.
(2) Turn right onto the old railroad line, go along the slag heap and, on reaching Rue Paul Vaillant Couturier, observe the mining village near the slag heap. Follow this street to the left for about 100m, then turn left onto a track that joins the old railroad line.
(3) Turn right onto the old railroad to reach Chemin d'Oisy.
(4) Turn left along the Étang de la Fontaine d'Haveluy to reach the Massarderies quarries.
(5) Continue on Chemin d'Oisy straight ahead across the fields. Rejoin the D240 at La Roussette.
(6) Cross it carefully, and take the path opposite. Head off to the right and continue straight on until you reach the Rue Moreau crossroads.
(7) Turn left, and continue straight on, ignoring all the departing streets on both sides. Cross the D213 and continue to the D13 crossroads.
(8) Keep left for about 150m.
(9) Turn right onto the Sentier de Valenciennes. At the Chapelle crossroads, turn left into Rue Gras, then right into Rue Jean Jaurés to reach the village square car park (S/E).
