Start at the Town Hall Square in Florentin.
(S/E) With your back to the town hall, head left along the lane running alongside the houses and go down the tarmac road on the right, Chemin d’Al Reginie, to join the D23
(1) At the D23, head left and, after about 200 m, at the corner of the house, take thefirst road on the left which climbs up through the fields. Follow the path for about a hundred metres.
(2) Continue along thefirst path on the right. Follow it until you take another right onto a wider path which leads straight to the Ruisseau la Saudronne.
(3) Do not cross the stream; follow it to the left until you reach the tarmac road and head up it to the left.
(4) At the top of the hill, continue straight on along the dirt track. Pass the hamlet of Robert, then turn right until you reach the D30.
(5) At the D30 (calvary), turn left for 80 m, then right, towards Métairie Grande. Pass the farm and, at the end of the track, in the next bend, turn right. Pass the pond, then the hamlet of Al Roc and turn left to continue downhill and join the Rouffiac–Aussac road.
(6) Head left and go up to thefirst house on the right. Take the path opposite, towards Philip Blanc, and follow it straight on. Pass the hamlet of La Serre and cross the D23 to continue along the path opposite. At the next junction, turn left for 60 m and continue straight ahead; then, at the next junction, go straight ahead again until you reach the D31.
(7) Follow the D31 for a few metres to the right and turn left onto Route de Carlus. Head uphill until you take thefirst left after the Rieunau farm. Continue uphill, passing the water tower on your right, and head towards the hamlet of La Siège.
(8) At La Siège, after the buildings, head down the path on the left and, after about 400 m, continue along the path on the right to join the D31.
(9) Turn right towards the village of Rouffiac. Pass to the right of the church and continue along Rue du Château. At the junction with a wayside cross, continue straight on along Route d’Albi until you reach the hamlet of Jorde.
(10) At Jorde, take the dirt track on the left and follow it straight through the valley to reach a small road.
(11) Follow the road to the left to join the D31 below Labastidié Castle. At the junction, turn left and, after 100 m, turn right onto the small path that climbs alongside the vineyard.
(12) Cross the road to the château and take the path opposite. After about 500 m, turn left onto the path before the forest. Pass between the ponds and join the main road (caution: heavy traffic).
(13) Head to the right and, at the end of thefirst bend, continue along the road that climbs to the left to reach the village of Florentin and then the town hall car park (S/E).
