Access: To get to the car park in the village of Optevoz in Isle Crémieu, head towards Saint-Baudille for 200 metres from the church square. A sign indicates the Étang de Lemps. Follow the signs on this small road to reach the car park after 2,500 metres.
(S/E) From the car park, set off on foot along the path and small road used to access the site.
(1) After 300 metres, look for the main observation post on the right, where you will find a board indicating the birds present. Continue along the route and take the path on the right, which becomes a trail that winds through the woods to a small meadow equipped with animal barriers and chicanes for hikers.
(2) At the end of this meadow, take the path on the right called "Chemin de Bonde". After 400 metres, turn right to return along the pond and stop at the observation posts.
(3) Continue along the path, turn right at the end and return to the car park where you started (S/E).
