Park in the car park along the beach at Fort Bloqué, near the water sports centre and an old blockhouse.
(S/E) From the water sports centre, head north to leave the town of Fort Bloqué and, just behind the town exit sign, take the small path on the right. When you reach a small road, cross it and turn right.
(1) Just before the hedge of the first house, turn left onto a small path. This will take you along the Étang de Lannénec. An information board tells you about the eel pass on the left. Continue along the path, keeping to the left at the intersections, until you reach a small hamlet. Go to the centre of the hamlet.
(2) From the centre of the hamlet, turn left towards an old wash house, cross the grass next to it; the path gradually emerges and joins the banks of the pond. Keep left at the intersections until you reach another small hamlet. Keep left to take a good path that leads to the main road, which you will need to cross.
(3) Cross the main road and, a hundred metres further on, at the three-way junction, turn right towards the hamlet of Keryan. At the three-way junction, keep right and leave the road a little further on to take a wide path that starts on the right. This leads to a small road on the left which takes you to Saint-Jude and its small chapel with an information board. Continue along this small road, skirting the golf course to reach the coast.
(4) Cross the main road to reach the coast, and take the path opposite that leads to the beach. Once on the beach, head right to climb back up onto dry land. Follow this good path, keeping the sea on your left. Then follow the road to Fort Bloqué and, a little further on, the starting point of the hike (S/E).
