(S/E) This pleasant walk starts from the Yves Laurent promenade.
(1) It runs alongside the River Jaguère and, as an extension of the river, the Dundalk Promenade. The two promenades are connected by a tunnel that passes over the Jaguère, but this is not shown on the map.
(2) After the Dundalk Promenade, take the road to Trentemoult, a small village along the Loire with a small harbour. To get there, you have to go under the Pornic road.
(3) Next, you will pass in front of Leclerc and then Conforama. At the crossroads, turn left and then right onto Rue Alexandre Lemerle to reach the promenade. This promenade ends at the port, but you can continue along Quai Surcouf and then Quai Marcel Brossard. Quai Marcel Brossard is longer than shown on the map, so you can access the promenade, which runs alongside a park.
(4) After this promenade along the Loire, from the park, cross the roundabout to reach Rue de la Californie and Bouguenais.
(5) Walk up Rue de la Loire. At the crossroads, turn left onto Rue Pasteur. Enter Parc du Clos Saint-Julien via a very discreet passageway on the right, about 80 metres after Rue du Moulinet.
::6:. Cross Parc du Clos Saint-Julien, walk along the edge of the pond, then follow the river and exit the park.
Once out of the park, walk to the road and turn left. At the roundabout, take the cycle path to Rue Jean Mermoz, passing by the Grande Ouche tram stop.
(7) From Rue Jean Mermoz, you can either return to the Yves Laurent promenade and go to the Trocardière market hall, where the Léo Lagrange stadium is located, or continue along Rue Jean Mermoz, turn right and rejoin the Yves Laurent promenade further on as indicated on the map (S/E).
