After crossing the bridge to access the island, turn immediately right (Rue du Puiz ar Moal) to reach a car park at the end of Chemin de Tour Gwenn (distance approx. 400 m).
This car park is the starting/finishing point.
(S/E) Take the path on the left along the seafront and follow it (theGR®34markings are fairly discreet). Directly opposite, you can see Île Aval (accessible on foot at low tide - check the tide times).
(1) When you reach the Porz Gélen car park, turn right and continue along the path, which is now fairly clear and offers beautiful views of the sea.
(2) From here, you can climb up to the island viewpoint (at Rocher du Corbeau) in a few minutes. View of the Triagoz lighthouse offshore.
(3) The path passes just above a pretty little sandy beach. Cross the road and continue along the coast, still enjoying beautiful views of the sea.
(4) At this point, you can go to Pointe de Toul-ar-Staon by turning right: a magnificent granite chaos. Continue past the Sept Îles reserve house (League for the Protection of Birds - LPO station). Walk along the campsite on your left and you will reach the Saint-Sauveur car park.
(5) Continue along the path that skirts a series of salt marshes with very specific vegetation, walking alongside a cove that opens to the south. Continue on theGR® trail, leaving the access road to Rulosquet on your right. A little further on, cross the access road to the island.
Follow the road for 250 metres, then take the path through the small dune, which leads directly to the car park (S/E).
