Park in the free parking area at the bottom of the Parc Départemental, which is generally free and quiet outside motocross weekends.
(S/E) Turn off the road and follow the track.
(1) Turn right and follow the track slightly uphill, with plenty of shade. Continue until you reach a hairpin bend on the left.
(2) Leave the track and follow the path opposite towards the undergrowth.
(3) Continue along the track, turning left, and begin a zigzag climb in the shade, with a slightly steeper gradient. Reach a crossroads.
(4) Turn right and begin the steepest climb on the route, with the greatest difference in altitude. At the start of this climb, after the first few metres, a winding path leads upwards with slightly less difficulty. Reach the top of the hill and join a wider path.
(5) Begin the descent, passing the Bramafan ravine and keeping left at the three-way junction a few hundred metres further on. Reach a hairpin bend.
(6) Negotiate the left-hand bend, leaving another path on the right. Take a series of hairpin bends, then follow a straighter path, flat in places, before reaching a three-way junction.
(7) Bear right and return to the start junction.
(1) Take the right-hand track from the start, in the opposite direction, to return to the car park (S/E).
