Thuès-Entre-Valls. Car park (paying, no credit cards).
(S/E) Turn left to pass under the "yellow train" bridge and go through the "porch" carved into the rock. Follow the La Carançà stream on the right bank until you reach the first bridge.
(1) Keep to the left of the stream. Do not cross the bridge (this will be the way back). Take the path marked "difficult" which climbs steeply through the woods to the "Salt del Lindo" (45 minutes of fairly steep climbing).
(2) Join and continue along the stream, which is quite chaotic, ignoring the "corniche" sign.

(3) Opposite, take the section with footbridges and rope bridges - maximum height: 5 metres!
Reach the Pont de Pierre.
(4) Continue along the gently sloping, very even path until you reach the rock shelter high up on the right, which is not visible from the path. Approximate time from the start = 2 hours 30 minutes
(5) La Balmère shelter. Turn around. Follow the signs for "corniche" on the left, then cross a final rope bridge.
(6) Leave the mini dam on your right.
(7) Take a long footbridge that leads to the upper ledge on the left bank of La Carançà.
Caution: The path, which is equipped with a handrail, becomes increasingly exposed.
(8) At the first fork, go straight ahead.
(9) At the next fork, turn right to quickly descend in switchbacks to the first bridge you passed at the start of the hike.

Bridge over La Carança. Turn left, taking the same path as on the way there. Return to the car park. Approximate return time: 2 hours (S/E).
