Park in the car park at the football pitch in Novéant-sur-Moselle.
(S/E) Go up Rue de la Forge, then turn right onto Chemin du Cloître.
(1) At the T-junction, turn right onto Rue du Godmay (alley), then take the first left onto Rue de la Louvière. Continue straight ahead, passing the pumping station.
(2) At the crossroads, turn right and stay on the central path (do not take the path on the right or left). Go straight up and enter the woods.
(3) Be careful! At the V-shaped crossroads, stay on the left-hand path and continue straight ahead until you reach Mazagran farm.
(4) After passing the farm, take the first path on the left, just before the path goes around a hunting watchtower (this path is not clearly visible from the road).
(5) At the first junction, take theGR®5(white and red markings) on the left and continue straight ahead.
(6) After passing the information panels about the flora and fauna on your left (wooden structure), continue along the path that descends steeply (caution: do not go all the way down the path) and take the path on the left. Then follow the first path on the right and begin the descent, continuing straight ahead until you reach the edge of the woods.
(7) When you leave the woods, go up the dirt road to the left.
(2) Back at the crossroads, take the tarmac road on the right.
At the top of Rue de Gorze, turn left at the crossroads, then follow the path on the right (red and white barrier). Continue along this path, keeping to the right (do not take the path on the left).
(8) After passing a stone marker, take the path on the right and then, a few metres further on, take a very steep path that descends to the right (difficult to see and very slippery in wet weather).
(9) Once at the bottom, turn left and continue along the path surrounded by vineyards. Leaving the path, turn left onto the road and cross the bridge.
(1) Turn right onto Chemin du Cloître to return to the football pitch car park (S/E).
