Description of the walk

Park your car in the “Via la Pra” car park or in the car park opposite the Entracque petrol station.

(D/E) From the car park, head towards “Via Barale” and follow it for about 300 metres, heading south, until you reach Via Guliermo Marconi. Follow this road to the left, heading east, until you reach the junction with the SP273 road.

(1) Cross the SP273 road and take the tarmac road opposite (information sign) for a few metres before joining the footpath that crosses a wooded area.

(2) At the junction, ignore the path that climbs to the left alongside a stream; follow the path heading east, to the right, which passes to the south of Punta Stramondin.

(3) Continue straight ahead, heading west, along the path through the woods to the Gorge de la Reina.

(4) At a place called Tetti Stramondin, leave the Gorge via a steep path heading west and follow it along an open stretch to the junction you passed on the way out.

(2) Turn right, heading in the opposite direction to the outward journey, to reach the car park (S/E).
