We made this journey today. The route was pleasant until we came across the pedestrian diversion linked to the T13 works after point 13 at the D190 crossing. There was a long cycle path and we were no longer in the forest.
Fortunately, we ended up at the Villa Savoy, the Iron House and the Collegiate Church.

In order to see Poissy Collegiate Church and visit Villa Savoye in the morning at the start of the hike, I did this route in reverse from Poissy to Le Vésinet, so I can't comment on the text. For the rest of the route, I used the GPX track, which is perfect. The descent from the St Germain terrace to Le Pecq and Le Vésinet in the late afternoon is a must!

A very beautiful route with a fantastic view of Paris from the terrace at St Germain en Laye. Upon arrival in Poissy, we visited Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye, which added about 1 km to the journey.

A pleasant hike through the beautiful forest of Saint Germain en Laye. Route followed using GPS only.
When you set off on the hike (from Le Vésinet-Le Pecq RER station), don't hesitate to take a detour to Lac des Ibis to discover this pretty lake and the beautiful residences of Le Vésinet.
