Coming from Valence, park in the car park before the Auberge du Pin, not far from the junction with Chemin du Tramway.
(S/E) Return to the D533, turn right towards the Auberge du Pin, walking alongside the RD533, passing in front of the inn, then past the road leading to Bellevue.Take great care with traffic before crossing the busy main road and head right onto it.
(2) At the “Le Pin” signpost, take the path downhill to the left, heading west. Join a small road below the Pierre Blanche farm, continue straight on uphill and reach the next crossroads.
(3) Turn left onto the small road leading downhill and pass through the hamlets of Les Baraques and Le Tracoulet in turn.
(4) At the entrance to Le Sourbier, turn right, pass between the houses and follow the path which climbs very steeply northwards to join the D533.
(5) Turn left and walk along it carefully, pass a small fenced garden, then take the path on the left which winds below the D533 and joins a small road. Keep going in the same direction to reach the Col de Leyrisse, at the junction of the D533 and the D14.
(6)Watch out for traffic:firstcrossthe D14, then the D533 to join a wide path heading north. Pass beneath the Leyrisse farm, continue northwards and join a road. Cross it to take a small path opposite, leading downhill between a fence and a wood, which leads to the GR®420.
(7) Follow it to the right until you reach the D269. Cross it carefully and take the path opposite; keep right at the junction about fifty metres further on and join a small tarmac road.
(8) Leave the GR® and take the path on the right heading south. At the first junction, turn left, pass Margier and continue along the small road to reach the hamlet of Les Combeaux.
(9) The road climbs steeply, passes Le Chazal and joins the Route des Crêtes.
(10) Cross it and take the path opposite overlooking the D533 to join the Chemin de Bellevue.
(11) Cross over and follow the path opposite which leads to the buildings of the Auberge du Pin and the D533.
(1) Turn left and follow the roadcarefully until you reach the junction with the Chemin du Tramway, then return to the car park (S/E).
