Lannion: Quai de la Corderie car park (GPS coordinates: N 48.73800° / W 3.469622°).
(S/E) Take the towpath, which is for pedestrians only.
(1) Pass the junction with the descending path on your right – which you’ll take on the return journey – and continue along the river.
(2) After passing the 3.5 km marker, leave theGR®34and turn right onto a path with steps, heading towards Traou Léguer. At the end of this somewhat steep climb, you’ll come out onto a small tarmac road.
(3) Turn left. Continue along this ascending road, between two embankments, until you reach a crossroads. Ignore the paths branching off to the right and left to reach a very old stone cross.
(4) Turn right, leaving the cross on your right. Follow the tarmac road, known as Hent ar Voudenn, for 850 metres, passing through the hamlet of La Motte, until you reach the Chapel of Saint Nicodème.
(5) Keep the chapel on your right and continue to the hamlet of Cosquerou. Keep to the right at the end of the tarmac road and take a descending path laid out as steps. Ignore the first path on the right and cross the stream via a wooden bridge.
(6) Keep to the right to follow a slightly steep path downhill. At the end of this path, rejoin the towpath.
