Park in the stadium car park on Avenue des Sports.
(S/E) With the sports grounds on your left, head north until the first junction.
(1) Turn right onto Allée du Pilory, opposite the sports hall. Join Allée des Tilleuls, turn left then immediately right to follow the path down to the lake.
(2) Walk around the lake along the right-hand bank, return to Allée des Tilleuls and follow it to the right, heading back up towards the village centre and the church.
(3) Cross at the pedestrian crossing, then turn right and walk down Rue Saint-Victor. Go round the chapel on the left and follow the small road that goes straight down. Cross the road at the funeral parlour, continue straight on, pass the fountain and reach a four-way junction.
(4) Turn left towards the hamlet of Launay. In this hamlet, turn right onto a long, straight road that climbs slightly and, at the end, turn left towards La Charnais. Cross this hamlet, veering left to pass between the two stone houses, and continue along the road to the small house by the railway line.
(5) Turn left onto the path that follows the route of the old railway line. Continue along this old railway line for about 2 km, crossing a small road and two footbridges.
(6) At the end of the path, take the small road to the left. At the end, turn left and then immediately left again to pass in front of the old station.
(7) Continue to the right to rejoin the main road towards the village centre.
(8) Just before the church, you’ll see the ruins of the Tour d’Enfer on your right; then turn right to cross a small car park and come out onto the main road (D16). Turn right, then keep left at the junction to follow Rue du Sillon towards Prinquiau. Go straight across the water tower roundabout and continue straight on.
(9) Turn left onto Rue des Gavelais, continue along Rue de la Veinerais to reach the sports hall. Turn right.
(1) Continue straight on to reach the car park (S/E).
