Description of the walk

Park in the Château de Menthon car park.

(S/E) Head south to Ramponnet.

(1) In the village, turn left to reach Le Bosson.

(2) On leaving the village, head east towards Planfait
then south to reach a car park.

(3) Head downhill to the right towards Ponnay and cross the village.

(4) Leave the road to the Saint-Germain hermitage on your right. Turn left onto the path leading to La Pirraz. Then follow the signs for Talloires.

(5) Cross the D42 and follow the signs for Cascade d'Angon opposite. Continue to the junction with the path leading to Angon.

(6) Leave the waterfall on your left and turn right, heading north-west towards Talloires, until you reach the D909a.

(7) Cross it and head west to Talloires beach.
