Park in the Bois de la Brosse car park.
(S/E) From the car park, head towards the Bois de la Brosse until you reach a clearing
(1) Turn left into the first forest track. Further on, you’ll reach the junction with the Allée de la Brosse.
(2) Turn left to cross a tarmac road and take the path opposite.
(3) Continue straight on along the Chaussée de l’Étang de Languistre (lovely views in autumn or spring) and veer left, following the edge of the pond to reach a tarmac road. Turn left, following the road, and take the first path on your right.
(4) Once you have entered the Bois de Languistre, take the first path on the left and you will reach a crossroads. Take the path that runs along the edge of the woods.
(5) Before leaving the woods, take a path that runs alongside the track, then head down the forest lane leading into the Bois de Languistre.
(6) Between plots 10 and 11, take a path through the woods to the junction with a track. Cross this and continue due north along a footpath that runs alongside meadows and descends towards a stream, then climb back up to the verge of the D22 road.
(7) Follow the road along the tuff pavement before turning right onto a path that descends and heads right to run alongside a small pond; then join a tarmac road to reach the crossing point from the outward journey.
(2) Enter the Bois de la Brosse again and continue straight on, following a wide curve to the right and then to the left. At the end of a straight stretch of path, you’ll come to a wide track; take this to reach the clearing. You’ll then arrive at the first crossroads.
(1) Continue to the Bois de la Brosse car park (S/E).
