Coastal walking route between Ty Nod and Kelenn Beach in Carantec. An easy walk despite a few climbs, with a very accessible path. The section between Ty Nod and Roc’h C’hlaz is impassable on the GR®34.

Description of the walk

Car park near the starting point.

(S) From Ty Nod, continue along the coast until you reach a junction.

(1) Follow the path to the left, as the GR®34 is closed on this section.

(2) At Kerdanet, make the first turn left then right to join a busy road. Keep to the right

(3) At the junction, turn right and follow the GR®. When you reach the coast, continue to the left.

(4) At Roc’h C’hlaz, walk past Clouët Beach on your left. Then keep following the coast.

(5) Head up to the left via Impasse du Pors Trez.

(6) Turn right at the roundabout and keep to the right.

(7) At the third junction, at Penn Ar Lann, turn right towards the Prat Ar Coum oyster farmers.

(8) Walk through the oyster farms, following the coastal path

(9) Pass a viewpoint at Pointe de Penn al Lann. Then continue along the coastal path to another viewpoint at Pointe du Cosmeur.

(10) Head straight ahead and stay along the coast to Kelenn Beach.

(11) Turn round and follow the same route back to Ty Nod.
