Parking is available along Route de Saint-Antoine.
(S/E) With your back to Saint-Antoine Chapel, take the road towards the village of Plouézoch and turn into the first path leading down to the left. Cross a path and continue straight on through a wooded area to reach a fork.
(1) Turn left near the power lines , leaving the path on the right (which will be your return route ), and cross the D 46 with care. Take the path opposite and continue straight on, passing a fountain. Follow the D 46 as it continues and cross the bridge at Dourduff-en-Terre.
(2) Leave the D 46 and turn right onto the road leading to the Moulin à Marrée de Melin Vor.
(3) Continue along the track, initially running alongside the Dourduff before veering away from it to climb up to a road at a place called Poulhouët (on the map).
(4) At the top, turn right onto the tarmac road, continue along a track and rejoin the tarmac at Keryvon. Follow this road as it bends left and you’ll come to a track on your right.
(5) Turn right onto this small track and continue straight ahead onto the farm track.
(6) After enjoying the view of Locquénolé on the opposite bank of the Rivière de Morlaix, head down the path which narrows as it runs alongside a cove of the Dourduff.
(7) Take the hairpin bend to the right, following the cycle route towards Le Dourduff-en-Mer.
(8) Turn right onto the bridge on the main road and follow the D76 for a good kilometre.
(9) Turn right onto the path between the D-road and the river and follow it until it leaves the Dourduff.
(10) Turn left to begin the climb, ignoring the small path that continues along the river, and arrive at the fork from the outward journey.
(1) Turn left and follow the route back along the same path to return to the car park (S/E).
