The end of the route from Auvers-sur-Oise to Isle-Adam is a bit long, but overall it is a very beautiful route that is not very difficult.

Departure and arrival in the remarkable town of Isle-Adam, where the Château des Conti stands proudly beside the River Oise. After passing beautiful residences, we discover the village of Nesles and its beautiful Saint-Symphorien church (the pastries from the bakery and patisserie are also worth trying). And Auvers-sur-Oise, which is worth a visit in its own right, with its church, castle and museums, notably that of Doctor Gachet, where you can feel the spirit of its occupants... and its cemetery, where Vincent Van Gogh and his brother Theo are buried.
The return journey along the Oise river takes us back to the car park at L'Isle-Adam.

A lovely circular loop, although I regret that the visit to Auvers-sur-Oise was so brief.

Very good. Difficult at the start, flat at the end. Well-marked paths.
Visit to Auvers. Picnic on the banks of the Oise.
