Park in the car park at the Étang de Coupe-Gorge, at the end of the road of the same name.
(S/E) Take the path (GR®1) on the left (towards the west). Ignore a small bridge on the right and continue straight ahead (slightly to the left). Join theGR®1again about 150m further on and follow it west-northwest for about 300m.
(1) Take thefirst path on the right (leaving theGR®1, which continues straight ahead). Continue along this path and admire the different species of trees: oaks, birches, pines... old and young...
(2) Cross the large avenue and then the cycle path and continue north-northeast. Cross the Chemin de Poigny. The path continues north-northeast at first, then turns northwest. Pass a boundary stone with a coat of arms on the left-hand side and reach the Chêne de la Tête d'Alouette. Continue northwest to a crossroads.
(3) Take thefirst path on the right. Follow this wide path eastwards until you reach a road.
(4) Take thefirst path on the right, heading south, just after the Cerisaire boundary wall. This is the Route de la Renardière: continue to the next intersection.
(5) Continue straight ahead, then quickly turn right (west). Follow a small path that runs alongside a stream. Do not cross the stream. This will take you to a car park.
(6) Cross the Route de la Croix Saint-Jacques and continue straight ahead.
(7) Ignore the bridge on the right and continue along the path opposite. You will come to a road; follow it to the right. Go around the pond on the left to reach the car park (S/E).
