By car: from Les Sables-d’Olonne / Talmont-Saint-Hilaire or Longeville-sur-Mer, take the D21 and stop at Sainte-Radegonde Church in Jard-sur-Mer. The car park is located next to the church on Place Sully.
By coach: line 550, get off at the Cimetière stop, very close to Sainte-Radegonde Church (check timetables on the Aléop network for the Pays de la Loire region).
(S/E) From Place Sully, take Rue Paul Baudry, which leads to the village centre. At the end of this street, turn right onto Rue Sainte-Anne and continue for 20 metres.
(1) Turn left onto Rue des Écoliers (a narrow lane), then right towards Place de la Mairie (where all the shops are). Then rejoin Rue Sainte-Anne, passing the chapel of the same name on your right.
After passing the retirement home, turn left onto Rue Victor Hugo, then right onto Rue des Pins. At the next junction, go straight on and enter the forest. Ignore the first paths branching off to the right and left and stay on the central path until you reach a three-way junction (with a bench).
(2) Continue right onto Chemin de la Conche à Marais until the first junction.
(3) Turn left onto Chemin des Chênes (in summer, look out for a miniature wooden Eiffel Tower at number 4), then right onto Route de la Forêt and finally left onto Route de Madoreau, which leads down to the sea.
(4) At Madoreau, turn left onto Route des Goffineaux until you reach the junction with Chemin des Mimosas.
(5) Turn right onto this road, then left onto Rue des Gâts Greneaux and immediately right onto Rue du Village du Port, which leads to the port of Jard-sur-Mer.
(6) Follow the harbour along the coastal path, passing the Moulin de Conchette on your left before heading towards the beaches of Boisvinet. At the end of the harbour car park, turn left onto Rue de Morpoigne.
(7) At the roundabout, turn right onto Rue des Sables d'Or. At the end of this street, head towards the Boisvinet Beach car park. Cross it and, at the end, continue along the coastal path.
(8) Cross a second car park and continue along this coastal path. Turn left at the end of this path, going round the back of the Maison de Clémenceau site in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard.
(9) Turn left onto Rue Georges Clémenceau and, at the roundabout, turn left. At the next roundabout, go straight on along Rue des Buchette until the end of the street.
(10) Turn left onto the path through the woods, going round the campsite, then take the second left. Continue straight on along this path, which leads to Rue des Câlines in Jard-sur-Mer.
(11) Turn left onto this street, then right onto Rue du Général de Gaulle and right again onto Rue des Écholères.
(12) At the roundabout (car park, boules court), turn left onto Rue Jean Moulin, then right onto Rue Georges Clémenceau. Once you reach the car park of the École Jacques Tati (on the left), cross it towards the Église Sainte-Radegonde (S/E).
